The rejuvenation of the St Hilda's Church, which is situated along Ceylon street in Singapore, was designed with the worshipers & users in mind. Concealed lighting along the added linear elements and perimeter of the space, emphasised the articulation of the pitched ceiling and the top half of the interior; expressing a balance of clarity and visual comfort. This marriage of functional needs and expression of the space, in which Limelight atelier designed a complete "downlight less" ecological lighting scheme that is free from glare. The uplifting of the interior refreshes and prepares the congregation for the Lord's words.
