Steeped in history, Telok Ayer Market (affectionately nicknamed Lau Pa Sat t) was gazetted as a Singapore monument in 1973. Recent enhancements breathe new life into this popular dining destination, amplifying its elegance. The grand structures, including intricate cast iron details, the iconic clock tower, now stands charmingly displayed in its glory, revealed with light.
We retained all the existing lamp post at it's perimeters and introduced Gentleman's hat pendants, adding a charming touch, evoking nostalgia for the colonial era that birthed Lau Pa Sat. These illumination improvements not only enhance the beauty of the space but also potentially empower hawkers to showcase their culinary offerings more effectively, allowing daytime diners to fully appreciate their meals.
